We are beyond grateful to be one of the 14 recipients of the Grand Junction Lions Club Award! 🎉 Thanks to their generous support, we’ve been awarded $25,000 that will be used to purchase a new van. The van will transport our Special Olympics ski team, Team Powderhorn, to and from practices, qualifying events, and state competitions. This new van will also transport participants and volunteers to other programs year-round. 🚐In 2002, we purchased our current van with the help of the Grand Junction Lions Club, and now, with their continued support, we’re excited to keep moving forward! How can you support? 🎉 Purchase a Raffle Ticket: Buy a ticket for the Grand Junction Lions Club Carnival and Parade on February 15th! 🎟️ The proceeds from ticket sales will fund present and future grants, helping organizations like ours continue to thrive. You can purchase tickets directly through Lions Club members.🎉Donate Cakes: Bring a cake to CDA's office on February 14th, and we will donate it to the Lions Club for their carnival. 🎂 It’s a sweet way to support a great cause!Thank you for helping us drive🚐 toward a brighter future!☀ ...
