Ski Season is Here!
Our adaptive ski season officially opens on December 17th! Whether you’re looking for private lessons or group experiences, we’re ready to hit the slopes with participants of all skill levels. Our skilled staff, amazing volunteers, and adaptive equipment are here to ensure everyone can enjoy the thrill of Powderhorn!

Holiday Hours of Operation
We will be up at the Powderhorn Office all season, from 9 am – 3 pm, Tuesday through Sunday, and we will be closed on Mondays.
Holiday Closures
Please note that we will be closed on
Christmas Eve (December 24th),
Christmas Day (December 25th), and
New Year’s Day (January 1st)
to allow our staff and volunteers to enjoy the holidays. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you on the slopes before or after these dates!

Meet Karen Kiefer, one of our incredible volunteers who goes above and beyond to make a difference! You can find her coaching Team Powderhorn on the slopes, cycling along the riverfront trail, paddleboarding at the butterfly ponds, or attending a women’s overnight camping trip.
