It is for CDA’s new Andrew Blood Adaptive Facility. Our new home provides a staging area for all programs, houses offices for operations, storage for all equipment, and maintenance facilities in an area easily accessible to the community and those whom we serve. The Warren AdvoCare Community Room offers a place where participants, their families and friends can meet, plan their activities, see the equipment they will be using, and meet others who share the same goals.
The prime location allows immediate access to the bike path along the river parkway, and close proximity to many of the access points along the Colorado River. Our capital campaign has raised over $516,000 to build the building, over 64% of which has come from the generosity of individuals, businesses and foundations in Mesa County. This is truly a community supported effort! Phase Two starts soon and much more help is needed to make the project reach its full potential.
