Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted on or before the scheduled event date to be eligible for a partial refund. A $3.00 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. Refund requests received after the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Event changes
If an event is rescheduled, all registrations will automatically be honored for the new date. Participants may instead request a full refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
If an event is canceled, all registrations will be refunded in full.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please submit your request in writing using our Contact form. Refund requests are typically processed within five business days.
